BBuddy Himes has served as the Pastor of the Southwest Baptist Church in Midland, Texas since January of 2023. He and his wife Hallie have 5 children- Jackson, Peter, Charlotte, Claire, and Ruby.
After 11 years of ministry in Indiana, the Himes family moved to West Texas with a desire to reach the Permian Basin with the Gospel and grow Southwest Baptist Church for the glory of God. Their desire is for SWBC to be not just a congregation, but a family, where all are welcome to come experience the love and truth of God.
